Eric Haake

Chris Haake

Christopher Haake is a Healthcare Executive with 30 plus years' experience. Currently, Haake is the Director of Operations for one of the nation’s leading women’s health systems and the largest in the state of Florida. Previously, Haake worked with a non-for-profit organization in Southern Illinois where he managed all operations of 12 practices and helped to successfully build startup medical practices and acquire many other outpatient clinics.

As a visionary leader, Haake has had continued success in building health care practices by driving innovation, operational excellence, and strategic collaborations. He is best known for creating an organizational culture that thrives on authenticity and transparency. Haake believes that focusing on his team's well-being drives positive experiences for health care consumers.

Prior to working in the outpatient side of Healthcare, Haake has 20 years of experience working with Skilled, Assisted, and Independent Living facilities.

Additionally, under Haake’s leadership, he developed ARCH, a short-term rehabilitation facility for Medicare patients. ARCH is a care coordination center using artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and industrial engineering to improve safety, quality, and cost.

Haake currently resides in Palm Harbor, FL with his wife and two boys. He enjoys boating and golfing with his family.

Dr. Dennon Davis

Dr. Dennon Davis was born in West Frankfort, Illinois and is a graduate of Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. He obtained his medical degree at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois. He completed his residency at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.

Dr. Davis is an established and highly skilled physician with over 23 years of experience in primary care. He is well regarded in the healthcare community, earning numerous accolades for his quality and patient centered care. In 2016, he received the Tom McKie Award and in 2018 was named Rural Physician of the Year and Southern Illinois University Mentor of the Year.

Dr. Davis has served on many committees that range from Medical Quality Oversight Committee, Epic Ambulatory EMR Committee, Post-Acute Care Committee, Quality Health Partners Committee, and Rural Health Oversight Committee. Dr. Davis has a passion for caring for seniors and continues to serve as the Medical Director at three of the local geriatric facilities as well as the local Bi-County Health Department. Dr. Davis is a member of the American Academy of Primary Care Physicians and continues his passion for teaching children with developmental disabilities how to water ski.

Brian Russell is a serial entrepreneur whose journey through the business world has led him into many different industries. With a thirst for innovation and a keen eye for opportunity, Brian has built a track record of successful ventures across diverse industries.
